MAVIYO FOODS respects your privacy and aims to handle your personal information in accordance with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

When you make an enquiry, we collect your full name, contact number or email, product category, products of interest, estimated quantity, delivery or collection preference, area, preferred order date and any message you choose to provide. We also record the submission date and enquiry status. Do not include identity numbers, banking details or other sensitive financial information.

Why we collect it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, discuss product availability and pricing, coordinate orders and deliveries, and communicate about the arrangements you request. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

How we protect it

Enquiries are stored separately from the Business Portal and are not publicly accessible. Information should be accessed only by authorised people handling enquiries. We aim to retain information only for as long as needed for the enquiry and any applicable legal obligations.

WhatsApp and the Business Portal

Choosing WhatsApp sends the information you enter through WhatsApp when you send the prepared message. WhatsApp and the separately operated Business Portal have their own privacy practices. Opening a prepared WhatsApp message does not submit it automatically.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your enquiry information by emailing contact@maviyoenterprise.co.za. Please provide enough information to identify your enquiry, without sending identity documents. We may need to verify a request before acting, and some information may need to be retained where required by law.
